	NEWS 2006 21st Seminar on IAESTE Development This year IAESTE UK hosted SID in Glasgow, Scotland at the Kelvin Conference Centre from 6-9 April 2006. 67 delegates attended from 30 countries worldwide including 22 National Secretaries. Four Work Groups discussed various topics over four days culminating in a Group Fair which consisted of a Poster session showing the outcome of their work. These proposals will now be sent to the Board for their recommendation and approval by the Members in January 2007 at the Annual Conference in Lisbon, Portugal. During the short visit to Glasgow the delegates attended a Gala Reception, hosted by the British Council, on The Tall Ship, Glenlee, moored on the River Clyde and were treated to some tours to the centre of Glasgow as well as to the Glengoyne Whisky Distillery.
