	NEWS 2005 IAESTE Ireland Trainee of the Year 2004 Neal Kierans, winner of the IAESTE Ireland Trainee of the Year, is pictured receiving congratulations from Martin Nolan, Chair of the IAESTE Ireland National Committee. A student of Mechatronics from Dublin City University, Neil was on placement this summer in Vienna, Austria with AC2T Research Company in Wiener Neustadt. Neil impressed the audience and the judges with his PowerPoint presentation on his IAESTE traineeship and how he had benefited from the experience. The other judges were Jim Mullin, Director of Leargas, the Exchange Bureau, where IAESTE Ireland is based and Pauline Ferguson, IAESTE General Secretary.
	The International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience
