IAESTE Day 2012
This year’s IAESTE Day will take place on Saturday 20 October 2012. IAESTE Day is a chance for everyone that loves IAESTE to come together, whether in person, or online, to celebrate our wonderful association.
The theme for this year’s IAESTE Day is ‘Find success with us’ and will bring together past and present members/trainees/staff of IAESTE to share their stories of how IAESTE impacted positively on their lives.
We know there are lots of famous and highly successful IAESTE Alumni out there, so this is also an opportunity to try to find them and invite them to an IAESTE Day event. Hopefully if they share the story of their success it will inspire others to take up the kind of opportunity IAESTE provides.
We hope that there will be lots of IAESTE Day parties happening all over the world and we will let everyone know about them on our IAESTE Day Facebook event page, as well as our Alumni Network for those whom are members of that.
Last year we held a photo competition to find the best photo of people celebrating IAESTE Day, and the winner was IAESTE Peru with the photo you can see above. This year we’re holding another competition and the winning country will be the one that holds the biggest party! We’ll need photographic evidence of course. The winning country will receive a prize and certificate at our Annual Conference in Belfast.
Anyone that has been a member of IAESTE at some point in their lives knows how special it is, so please do join us on October 20 and raise a glass to IAESTE.
